Tea-ya!!!

Tea-ya apparently sounds like "Aunt Katie"...I find my-self amazed at what a niece and two nephew's can convince me to do. However it's all worth it hear them yelling Tea-ya and gigging while running out the front door begging me to come play. :D

Awww! You do know they are going to miss you! When I got home today, I was busy unpacking and lost track of Benjamin for a little bit, found him in his room playing on his desk with all his tractors! I asked him who made that for him, his eyes lite up and he says "Tea-ya"!!! :) Miss you!

Sounds like they've had some spanish influence: Tia=aunt and it is pronounced "tee-ah" (which sounds an awful lot like "tea-ya").

Those pictures are precious! and yes they are just calling you aunt in another language :) Though in Portuguese the same word "Tia" is pronounced "Cheea"
